Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back in full then, if possible, you can donate your product to local charity or recycle it.
- Products must be returned within 16 days of receiving your order.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
- Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!

- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Clear photograph of the item
Can I exchange my item?

I haven’t received my refund
We are sorry to hear that but depending on the service and workload volume, it can usually take up to 20 working days to be processed by our returns team.
I need my refund redirected to a different account
We are sorry to say that unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund to the different account. We only refund to the original account that you purchased an item.
